Dr. Rebecca Howard Eudy,
Sex & Couples Therapist
Dr. Rebecca Howard Eudy, Ph.D. LMHC, PMH-C is a licensed mental health counselor and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping couples and individuals strengthen their emotional and sexual bonds. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology and is Certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), with additional training in Relational Life Therapy, the Gottman Method, and perinatal mental health.
Rebecca specializes in guiding couples through desire differences, intimacy challenges, and the transitions of parenthood, weaving together cutting-edge research with practical, real-life strategies. She is the author of Parents in Love: A Guide to Great Sex After Kids, which blends clinical expertise, attachment theory, and candid storytelling to support couples in rediscovering connection and pleasure.
Her clinical work and writing have made her a sought-after voice on topics of desire, attachment, and long-term intimacy. She is a frequent guest on podcasts and professional trainings, where she is known for her warm, relatable style and her ability to bring humor to even the most delicate conversations.
Outside the therapy room, Rebecca is rooted in the Boston community, where she runs her private practice. Her coping skills include exercise, cursing, meditation, cooking, gardening, trashy novels, and hiking with her husband, kids, and their aspiring therapy dog, Acorn.
Dr. Alexandra DiGrado,  
Pelvic Floor PT
Dr. Alex DiGrado PT, DPT, PRPC, is a pelvic rehab practitioner, certified as an expert in the field of pelvic health physical therapy. She is also the owner and founder of Boston Pelvic Physical Therapy in Melrose, Massachusetts. For over a decade, Dr. Alex has helped people of all genders heal, move, and reconnect with their bodies through inclusive, evidence-based pelvic floor care. Her approach blends the physical and psychological aspects of bladder, bowel, and sexual health, creating space for people to learn about their bodies, regain confidence, and feel empowered by what’s possible.
Dr. Alex's areas of expertise include pregnancy and postpartum care, perimenopause and menopause, prostate and urogynecologic cancer recovery, and gender-affirming surgery rehabilitation. Her insights have been featured in HuffPost and Yoga Journal, and she regularly speaks to other healthcare professionals and community groups about sexual wellness, body literacy, and postpartum recovery.
As co-host of Under the Hood, Dr. Alex brings warmth, candor, and clarity to conversations about bodies and intimacy, breaking down stigma one episode at a time.
